Super charming hotel, clean w/ a lot of space. Two bathrooms in the room was a huge plus!

Hotel was in great shape, and the staff was great. Big disappointment that the restaurant was closed for no reason. Advance notice would have been great.

When my husband and I arrived at the hotel, the valet greeted us and was super welcoming. Upon walking into the hotel and checking in, one of the front desk workers (I think his name was Lee) was very welcoming and very friendly. He asked my husband and I if we wanted housekeeping, and when we declined, he offered us the water bottles in the room instead. He also offered us a glass of champagne and gave us directions to the elevator. Upon entering our room, on the 20th floor, the room was clean and was our jaws were dropped at how nice the room was. On the day of checking out, we ordered the in-room dining service and the food was absolutely amazing and I was completely stuffed afterwards, so was my husband. Overall, our experience at the hotel was amazing and we will definitely be coming back when we need to be in Seattle again.

Staff was very kind and helpful, rooms were very clean, excellent water pressure. Couldn't ask for a better location. Within walking distance of the Climate Pledge Arena, the Space Needle, the Armory, as well as the Monorail into Downtown Seattle.
