Great staff who very friendly i wish rooms would have been bigger

Clean and quiet room, great location in the old quarter, very welcoming and helpful staff, great breakfast. Giving 4 stars only because there was no fridge in the room and the bed was only somewhat comfortable, but definitely not the worst bed I’ve slept on in SE Asia!

The hotel is in the center of the old city. On the one hand, it is good that you are in an accessible place and within walking distance to many places in Hanoi. On the other hand, it is difficult to sleep with the noise, especially with the rooms facing the street with the balcony. In addition, there is a noise problem between the rooms, you can hear loudly if there are noisy neighbors. The rooms themselves are quite large, although there is no place to put a second suitcase. The beds are comfortable. And the shower has good pressure and hot water. However, there is a bathtub, which on the one hand is good for those who want to take a bath, but for those who only take a shower and adults, it is difficult to get in and out of the tub and is even dangerous because there is nothing to lean on when entering or exiting the bathtub. The staff is very nice, but most of them do not know English at a good level to respond to Western tourists, although they try to help. However, in a place like this, especially at the reception, a fluent English speaker is needed, since most tourists in the hotel speak English. The 2 elevators are also good, but in one of the two elevators there is a dirty and musty carpet that is not beautiful and not suitable for a hotel. In terms of breakfast There is a sufficient variety in the dining room for breakfast However, everything is at a low level, stale coffee, bland cakes, and if you ask for cappuccino or good morning coffee, it is an additional charge

The place is tired, breakfast might be included but it’s a five minute walk up the road to a different hotel. The pictures don’t reflect what you actually get Wouldn’t go back. Positives, location. Ian

We stayed for three nights and had a very good experience with great hospitality. The hotel is a beautiful boutique property located in the Old Quarter. Although it sits on a very busy street, the interior of the hotel is surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. In particular, Derick stood out — he genuinely tried his best to accommodate our needs. As it was quite cold during our stay, he arranged a portable heater for us. When we noticed some noise coming from the gym on the 9th floor, Derick promptly helped us move to a quieter room, which we really appreciated. The rooms are pretty and well-maintained, with sufficient amenities. Some minor downside to me were that there is no bathtub and no disposable slippers provided, which may be something to note for some guests. The Vietnamese restaurant on the ground floor was also very good. The staff served us with enthusiasm and passion, making our dining experience enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant stay with attentive service in a great location.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were kind and welcoming. We really appreciate the hot honey lemon tea on arrival after a long day travelling. Great location right in the action but on a quieter street than others around. Large family room with separate bedroom for the kids. The kids room was located at the back so insulated from the street noise not that there was much and it got quiet after 9pm. I took ear plugs but didn’t need them. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after.

Rooms are compact and Bijou but exceptionally clean and the most comfortable night sleep wonderful staff would definitely go back thank you
