If I could give this hotel more stars I would. The staff was exceptional, room was large and well appointed, very clean. Parking was free and easy, close to hotel. We chose not to have breakfast but enjoyed their delicious coffee in the room. Highly recommend. Walk to the train station was easy, train to Copenhagen was 12-14 minutes.

Wonderful hotel. The staff could not have been any more friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean and tasteful. The cozy hour was very popular (as you can imagine), but I can confirm the wines on offer were very good. We had more when we returned from our nights out! Located near the lake, it was a 5 minute walk to a bus stop and 8 minutes to Metro. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby too.

Clean and cozy rooms with friendly multi-lingual staff. We had an amazing view and several great meals but best of all is the ideal location.

Amazing location, next to the train station. Good coffee shops, restaurants & a small grocery store within minutes. Hop on hop off bus right outside hotel. Tivoli Gardens opposite. However, there was street noise from traffic. Room was very warm & because of street noise could not open windows at night. Hotel AC is only turned on in May. Buffet breakfast was good. Hotel is very dated & therefore felt tired & run down. All staff were polite professional & extremely helpful.

The bathroom was always wet as the shower drain was located outside of the shower area. Otherwise everything was good.
