Klassari Trail Golf Vacations

Staff, clean room, food and bar, plus airport travel very good, along with price for two rooms. Did not have the breakfast. Bed wasn't the most comfortable for us. There was vacancy; it's a big hotel with many rooms, yet we all could hear our neighbors.

The proximity to the airport was fantastic! I loved being a 5 minute walk away from the airport entrance. The accommodations were basic. Nothing fancy.

This is a fabulous hotel. The staff, location and the breakfast is so good. Second stay, and my negative is the air conditioning in the rooms is not adequate. We've tried the French balacony sauna room, the bathtub room and a standard room, yes in summer, but all too warm for us. First stay they were kind to lend a fan.

The hotel was very nice, the room was spatious and it was a lovely place to stay. Only complaint is it is not very stroller-friendly, you will need to carry strollers up a half-level to get to the elevators. There may be an easier way but we were not made aware. Additionally, we previously stayed 1 block away and the road noise was substantially less being slightly more tucked away. It was quite noisy in the evening. Overall happy with our experience! Just always nice to easily access the room without having to take our kid out of the stroller.

Had a great stay

I thought it had a good sense of being a home away from home. Very comfortable and stylish modern decor. We were only there for a day, so nothing particularly stood out as something we disliked.

The big advantage of this hotel is its location, right beside a public train station, and a hub for buses. The hotel is nice, clean, well maintain and have certain facilities, but NO STAFF at all 9except for cleaning), so it is a DIY hotel, no lobby, no one to speak to, just a machine to check-in and a slot to check-out. Maybe some people like this. I don't. I like personalised, so no staff to review. Otherwise, it is a fine place.

The hotel kept cancelling our reservation. We had to contact them every day to get a new check in code. The last day they canceled our reservation altogether. We had to deal with AI to make contact. Then they would forward a new code. However my phone was low on battery and if I could not contact them we would be locked out with our luggage still inside. Our aircon had a blocked drain and leaked onto the floor. I had to turn off the power. I would never recommend this cost saving way the company adopted. I could have booked accommodation with a physical person to deal with in reception for the same price. I would then have someone to help with our problems.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité pour visiter Helsinki. L'endroit était accueillant, tranquille et propre. La cuisine était bien équipée et les indications claires. Les réponses ont été obtenues rapidement lorsque nous avons eu des questionnements pour activer le laveuse.
