Canyon Glimpse Hiking Trail Golf Vacations

We loved our 2 bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and sauna and had a large balcony too. The breakfast was great with multiple gluten free items. We loved the pool too and there was also the option for crazy golf and other outdoor activities. The location was great, close to Rovaniemi but also near to the observation tower and great walks.

Check in staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant where we ate some traditional Lappish dishes.

We stayed at the top hotels during this trip ate various cities and without a doubt Aino Private Island Hotel is the most luxurious and memorable one. To say the place is magical is an under statement, the staff definitely made a huge difference: Pearl, Andrea, Sabine and especially Jasmina. We will definitely return for a longer stay. Thank you for everything.

We had a lovely view of the river and the room was mostly clean. The dishwasher had dishes in it but they were clean so we emptied it. Also our patio had an ashtray full of cigarettes and some empty beer cans but we called an they came to clean it. Our bathroom door wouldn't lock (the second door that led to a hallway) and so they looked the outside hallway door for us to make us feel safer. They said we had nothing to worry about, that the area was safe but I had two small kids and the idea of access to our cabin by anyone was definitely not okay. We ended up wedging a mop against a chair and against the door to lock it when we weren't there or sleeping. The advantage of them locking the outside door was that we had the sauna to ourselves which was lovely. I would say its a great space for 4 but the upstairs loft space has a very low ceiling so it is really more ideal for kids and not for anyone that might be a bit claustrophobic. Overall, friendly staff, great little bar on property with delicious food and perfect 2 night stay while meeting Santa.
