The bathroom was way too small the shower was too small .. the staff was very friendly and very amiable… for me it was the size of the bathroom and shower ..

This is an elegant, old-world hotel and is beautifully maintained. The staff were very gracious and helpful. The room was large with high ceilings, an elegant bathroom and a small balcony opening out to the bay. There was a hot water kettle with packs of coffee and a mini-fridge. The rooftop bar/restaurant was a lovely spot for a drink at sunset. The waterfront area directly in front of the hotel is great for walking, and is being refinished very attractively with gray paving stones. It is a 10-12 minute walk along the waterfront to Molo Beverello port for ferries to Capri, Amalfi, etc.

What a lovely property! The staff is wonderful and so very helpful. We LOVED breakfast on our balcony each morning overlooking the beautiful sea. Our accommodations were lovely. This is a must stay property!!

Didn’t like that there was no air conditioning or even fan, although the weather was warm. Slept with window open, but the street sure is noisy all night. Otherwise, our stay was nice and of course it’s a great neighborhood.

It was nice, staff at front desk were helpful Restaurants/bar area could have been a little more helpful with explaining things

We loved our stay at Grand Hotel Parkers. The property was extremely clean and well maintained and the staff were delightfully helpful and charming. Meals and drinks on the terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples were a treat. The hotel was a short walk from Chiaia, our favourite part of Naples. We would not hesitate to choose this hotel again for a future visit.

Courteous attentive staff, very efficient... Extremely clean room convenient to most of the landmarks in Rome ,,,,would definitely stay here again!

The suite was great! The location is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely will be back some day.

The staff were over the top helpful and kind. The rooms were lovely but the most appreciated aspect was being able to enjoy a complimentary gourmet served breakfast with specialty coffees anytime from early morning right up until 6 pm. Also, the mini bar was complimentary. These perks, combined with the unparalleled service at the Elizabeth Unique Hotel in Rome was one of our very best travel experiences on land.
