Helpful and friendly staff. Clean property. Only wish the window could be slightly opened to let in fresh air.

I stayed in Room 608. The air conditioner would not stop running and made the room extremely cold. Even after trying to adjust the temperature myself, it kept blowing cold air. It was uncomfortable, especially at night, and affected my sleep. The hotel should inspect and repair the air conditioning system. Overall, my stay was okay, but this issue is why I’m giving 3 out of 5 stars

The staff never reply to emails. There is always a lift out of order. Cleaning staff see you return to the room and want to hate crash. No coffee in the rooms. No full length mirror or small shaving mirror to use when putting contact lenses in. Beds were rock hard so no good if you suffer with your back. Concierge were helpful ordering taxis. Ideally located for the harbour and temple street. A very busy hotel so queues to use the lift at meal times.

Really nice hotel. Rooms are spacious with lots of natural light. The beds are also large and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are a bit out dated could do with an upgrade. Location is amazing, and breakfast was one of the best I ever had.

Great service. Building a little on the older side but well maintained. We had a 1 bedroom for 2 adults and 2 kids. Small gym. Laundry machine in the building is a bonus. 8 min walk to Olympic station and shuttle bus is helpful. Grocery store and McDonald’s across the street. Many local food options near by. Taxi stand outside the building

This property checks all the boxes. Very conveniently located in Causeway Bay near shops and restaurants. MTR is a three min walk. Small boutique feel. Modern. Very helpful staff. Not a resort just a small exceptional property.

Room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. For an Executive Room, there is a kettle, two small cups and a microwave, but there was no crockery or cutlery. Fine for an short overnight stay maybe, but needs a little more for a week stay like ours.
