Great location, beautiful property. Great restaurant and pools. Value for money.

We booked a pool access room which was really nice. There was a small couch seat on patio, it would have been better of there were lounging chairs instead as they were typically taken at the pool. So we couldn’t relax as much on our patio. The patio had lots of little Nat like bugs which also made relaxing a challenge. Room was a good size however there were very minimal places for your stuff: clothes and toiletries etc. bathroom was a good size otherwise. We couldn’t seem to adjust temperature despite being able to change the settings. Room was freezing. We ended up turning the system off completely most of the time. Hotel is right at end of walking street so nice access. Beach pool is across the street from hotel. Main pool is really warm! Breakfast buffet had lots of great options to choose from. The gym is small but has enough equipment for a workout. The AC is only in one section so it gets very hot! No sweat towels either. Overall was a great hotel.

the hotel is nice but it seems dated despite renovation. the rooms have been renovated and though the size of room is ample but the facilities and bathroom is not as it should be for a hotel.

Flexible staff/services able to help you 24/7 is a plus in my book. The kindest staff I've come across as well. My only gripe is the choice of soap and body wash fragrances are not pleasent--This issue is very minor.

The entire staff was very kind and we loved their hospitality. Beds are super comfy and the poolside room was perfect. The hotel location is great being only a few blocks from the beach and the new Terminal 21 mall across the street.
