Tokyo (TYO) to Geneva (GVA)
9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,005 reviews)
They were only two tiny operable elevators during my stay in this 10+ floor hotel, so the wait times when going down were bad. I just took the stairs, but for my elderly parents, they had to wait each time. Staff were nice and helpful. Rooms were good and they had a free stocked refrigerator (5 drinks) that was a pleasant surprise. The view from the room was also quite nice. We tried the breakfast that includes a made to order egg station and overall it was good, but we did not find it worth the cost.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,002 reviews)
We had a great stay. Hotel is extremely clean, as was our room. Housekeeping provided excellent service. Reception were good. Only issue was that staff had no knowledge or recommendations regarding parking. We basically had to figure out the most cost effective option on our own. I would suggest they brush up on this.
