The room was nice and big, it was very comfortable the scenery was not so great. Instant coffee in room was terrible. Towels were hard and not soft. Limited amenities

Everything was great with the staff the cleanliness and the hotel. A few of the down sides, when we got there we got a city tax, it caught me by surprise. It probably says it somewhere in the documentation, but maybe as a UX they should let you know a bit more proactively. Also there is a construction next to the hotel as the writing of this review and they started to work at 7 am.

On our arrival, upon our check.in the front desk lady gave us a WRONG room that has still guest on it when we open the room. We went down back and another front desk lady fixed the issue and gave us our correct room. Front desk staff should be mindful and careful with their job not to messed around as it was very embarassing experience on our part.
WISH SHUTTLE SERVICE was free as compared to other hotels near the airport.

The hotel was clean and attractive. Would have liked coffee in the room. They didn't have our room ready when we checked in after an 18 hour trip and we were extremely tired. After the 3rd attempt to get a room the desk clerk got us upgraded to a family room so we could get some sleep. Very much appreciated.
