Very disappointing experience. We left important clothing for dry cleaning during our stay, but it was delayed, and at checkout we were told it still wasn’t ready.
We had already left for Milan , so now we don’t know when we’ll get our clothes back. A huge inconvenience, especially when you’re travelling.
Rooms are very small .
Hotel is located on a busy road, rooms have poor isolation, it gets very noisy .

"Great vibe, and great value! It is in front of the lake. I had an adventure before I arrive there as was late storms and no transport. But managed it. It is clean. Plenty of toilets and showers. The guy at the reception was really good even offered to pick me up when he had to finish his shift. Also ..."
