Great location, room facilities and breakfast.

This was a great stay. Actually exceeded expectations at every turn. The Holiday Inn was nice, the room was excellent, and the staff very courteous! The restaurant had great food as well. All at a very reasonable price point!

Very handy for the Eurostar terminal

The room was clean and comfortable. We had some minor issues with the room; but the staff was very responsive to our requests. This was a very unique experience with the animation theme, which we enjoyed. It was close to the train station which was helpful to us because we arrived on the Eurostar from Paris and needed to take the ICE/DB to Berlin. We walked and took the Metro to the city center every day.

We caught the Eurostar, so location was excellent. Not in a very nice area to walk the streets but we wanted something close to the trains. Aircon was good, towels were of a good size and thickness, room was looking tired.

The hotel is very central with easy access to transport services, shops and restaurants. The staff were, kind, polite and helpful. The property was very clean and modern, with lovely decor, a bit dark in the rooms but that is minor and ideal for the bright summer evenings. I will definitely stay again.

Staff has great attitude and is very helpful. Rooms are clean, nice and the environment well organized. The location is perfect placement wise, regardless of what you plan on doing in Amsterdam. The only problem was not being able to use cash for all the amenities/shops available within the premise.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, or maybe it was in the last. Room was quite dark and not well maintained. Nice bathroom

Very nice spacious room with comfortable beds! Close proximity to the airport and Amsterdam. Would stay again if possible.
