Helpful staff and very clean room

​The hotel is well-located, close to both an underground metro station and a shopping center—only a 5-minute walk to both, and 20 minutes from the old town. Reception staff were very polite and helpful; I could not fault them at all. However, the car park is quite expensive for what it is. ​The room decor is very dated but clean. The air conditioning was noisy and slow to cool the room, the unit looks very old. Additionally, the bathtub is quite narrow, making it easy to slip and fall if you aren't fully steady on your feet or larger. The shower head also kept dropping, which is not great, not much room for tall people. ​Our package included the spa (sauna and pool), towels, and robes. We checked with the 24th-floor reception and were told it was walk-in no need to book. However, an hour later, after changing in our room, we arrived to find a waiting list because the pool was busy. Staff were supposed to call us when it cleared, but they never did, so we missed out entirely, which was very disappointing. Furthermore, the two girls at the spa reception were highly unprofessional compared to the main desk; they were giggling and ignored us until we approached them. The pool is also smaller than expected, and no one explains how things work. ​On a positive note, the downstairs bar is decent with good drinks and friendly staff. Breakfast was also very good—while there wasn't a huge variety of food, it was just enough. Would i say again? Probably not

Overall a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was a good size and hotel facilities were clean. We did have issues with our TV which eventually got replaced and fixed. The breakfast was of good quality and staff were friendly. Hotel is a great location close to the old town and with plenty of restaurants near by. We did request for a late checkout of 30-60 minutes but unfortunately this was denied by the front desk who seemed inflexible to offer any movement on this. Given the check in time of the hotel is 3pm, I feel there could have been some flexiblity on this with most of the other hotels I have stayed at offering better flexiblity and understanding. I understand you can get complimentary 2pm checkout if booking directly with the hotel, so this might be worth considering if you have a later flight. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.

Helpful staff for planning trips (Went to Kunta Hora, easy, direct train 52 minutes and inexpensive. get a round-trip because the ticket is good for the day. Both the bone Church and Saint Barbara’s are worth the trip!!!)

I literally can’t recommend this place enough. The heated floors in the bathroom/kitchen, the new appliances, the cleanliness, and the fruit basket which was such a nice touch. Everything was absolutely stocked and thought of, from the coffee to the bathrobes, slippers, and extra blankets - I didn’t have to ask them for anything during my stay because it was already there. Check in process was smooth and communication was clear. Also in a central location and I felt very safe given all the locks you need to go through and 24/7 security. I highly recommend to anyone coming to Prague.

Hotel is within walking distance of the tourist area and plenty of restaurants options around it. The staff are very helpful. Property itself is clean and well maintained

The hotel was incredible. U have checked into many hotels but no have never been treated better. The two gentlemen at the reception did everything to make comfortable in the hotel. Every time I returned from heavy day of touring they were there to offer me water. The breakfast was plentiful and included a chef’s station. I look forward to returning. The hotel is well situated very near to the train station. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Although we were only there for one night we enjoyed our stay
