Antiparos Island Golf Vacations

While the hotel is largely quite clean the pool was often filled with debris. I know the winds are high but to clean the pool once a day isnt the best service from a 4* Hotel. Situated on the edge of a brilliant small town with great beach clubs - punda coast and Rebel at Golden beach it's ideally situated. Rooms are basic and could do with modernising. Our balcony door wouldnt shut and I told reception yet nothing was done about it so there's a security risk there. There was a large chap on reception when we arrived who was very sarcastic to me and my wife and without saying as much that he didnt really like english people. Strange. We are always very polite to people yet felt he was cold and unwelcoming and from the 5 hotels on our trip this was the worst of the hotels. Breakfast is good. The two chaps who run the taxi service there - both fantastic and friendly as were the bar staff too. The day after our arrival none of our taps were working and when reported to reception we were told the turn them off in the mornings to refill the pool - I've never know this before - especially from 9-11. Very odd. Overall the hotel is okay. Its not brilliant but not poor. Would we return? Probably not as there's loads of better options around the area.

Exceptional! Service was personalized and we felt very cared for by the staff. Beautiful pool and dining area - included breakfast and unlimited coffee was a treat and a dream. Room and amenities were incredibly clean and well maintained. Beach was a quick walk away. Would stay again 10/10

Really bad customer service ! This place is overpriced

It was a very nice hotel but we had paid for an ocean view and did not receive one. They offered to let us move rooms for our last night but who wants to pack and repack? The room we got was very dark but I will say it was spacious. The highlight for me was the restaurant! The staff there was lovely and very helpful. We had three meals there which I rarely do at a hotel. The transfer driver was also very nice. The manager was kind in meeting with us over our complaint there just wasn’t a good solution and they should not sell that room as an ocean view. One reception worker was quite rude to us on one of the days so overall a mixed bag but the property itself is gorgeous and the restaurant was phenomenal so if you get a pool room I think you’ll really enjoy your stay! I recommend with reservations on my experience.

Very clean very quiet perfect little boutique hotel
