Reception, food and beverage staff and activities staff were very nice and always accommodating. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss and hotel needed reminding to replenish water bottles, coffees and towels. Plenty of interesting and fun activities for all ages.

I researched for hours trying to find an island resort that was reasonable priced, with snorkeling off the beach and good food... Mana was it! Great family holiday. We spent 4 nights on Mana island and wish we stayed longer. Today, comfortable rooms, beautiful staff, plenty of activities, wonderful snorkeling right off the beach and great food. We took a few snorkeling trips to the outer reef, including a shark snorkel with our 8yo daughter which was amazing! Also, make the effort to walk down to the village to meet the locals. We bought some Roti off them and our daughter had her hair braided there. We will be back!

We were truly pleased by so much about Nanuku. What stood out the most is the kind nature of the people who cared for us each day. This, combined with the boutique nature of the property, are what made it worth the longer drive from Nadi airport. The oceanfront pool suite we had was picture perfect. Every detail was attended to in such a thoughtful way. And it felt so private. We’d return easily if in Fiji. It’s really tough to beat.

We were truly pleased by so much about Nanuku. What stood out the most is the kind nature of the people who cared for us each day. This, combined with the boutique nature of the property, are what made it worth the longer drive from Nadi airport. The oceanfront pool suite we had was picture perfect. The good: - Friendly and welcoming staff. - Great views around the property and accessibility to the ocean. - Kids club and many activities for them. - Swimming pool and bar. - Well equipped gym. The bad: - The room needed a makeover. It was antiquated and there wasn't enough lighting, needed new fixtures. - The wifi coverage was extremely poor and was barely available in certain areas around the resort. - Drinking water bottles weren't provided and had to be purchased or filled from the bar. - The staff were overworked and the fatigue was visible in their service. - The buffet food options were repetitive, bland and underwhelming at times. - There weren't many options for indoor/ outdoor games for adults. - At one point it seemed that the resort wasn't prepared or well equipped to accommodate or facilitate a high footfall of guests. - The coral and sunset cruises were disappointing.

Rooms were clean, staff were super friendly and helpful.

Staff were very friendly except for the Indian girl at the front desk. Not very friendly and didn’t smile. Rooms were great, peaceful and clean. Overall I enjoyed my 2 nights stay. Thank you Tanoa International…
