First of all, the staff is very helpful! Amenities are great (welcome chocolate and a bottle of water). Our biggest disappointment was our expectation based on the pictures of the hotel seen on the Expedia app. The building on the picture is actually part of the Schönbrunn palace and that is not the hotel. The rooms seem a lot more spacious on the pictures but that wasn’t really the issue. It was more the representation/ expectation after seeing the pictures of the outside of the hotel vs what it really was. The A/C was working, we could hear it, but wasn’t cooling down much.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

Beautiful breakfast room! Wonderful hotel. The only negative was having to go up and down some stairs to get to the room so if stairs are a problem for you, consider asking whether there is a room that doesn't require any.

If you’re coming from the USA, be prepared: the A/C does not work properly and does not cool the room. The system is restricted, so you cannot lower the temperature beyond a certain point (around 23°C/19°C). There are no fans available, and there was no A/C maintenance staff who could come and check the problem. The heat in the room was unbearable. I even had to leave a note for the cleaning lady asking her NOT to remove my key card from the power switch, just so the A/C wouldn’t turn off while we were out. The hotel also provides virtually no bathroom amenities for guests. There was no shower cap or other basic toiletries or convenience items that you would normally expect a hotel to provide. Overall, it was a horrible and extremely uncomfortable experience, especially because of the heat. If you are used to hotels in the USA with properly functioning A/C and basic guest amenities, be prepared because this hotel may not meet those expectations. Also de Taxi to the Airport they were charging me 80 euros, but Uber with same car, was only 45 Euros.

Stayed here 2 years ago, service,staff amenities and breakfast remain at excellent. We've enjoyed our current stay and would recommend this property to anyone. It's easy walking to most areas that we wanted to see..

Beautiful hotel with outstanding staff. Located close to restaurants and shops. Exceptionally decorated. Loved my stay there.

Very not soundproof - could hear everything in the hall
