Great big room, even the shower was big , we had pool access with a waterfall and 10 metre walk to the main pool and bar/dining area.
Service was great, food was great, beach was white with clear blue water. Massage therapists were just beside the pool with bars and restaurants just metres along the beach. Lamai shopping strip and night market 15 minutes walk along the beach....we loved the place!!!.

The property seems to be undergoing renovations as the front entrance seemed to have some work going on.
The rooms seem a bit dated too and could do with some renovations (had a leaking bathroom sink which had water spilling on the floor), however the breakfast which you order to your room was top notch. Really enjoyed the Eggs Benedict and would highly recommend it.
As it is low tide season from the looks of things, the beach which the front part of the resort/hotel wasn’t too appealing.
All in all, a bit disappointed considering the price I had to pay for one night, compared to the overall condition of the property and room.

ALL the staff from the front desk and bellman to the restuarant and cleaning were amazing, kind and very helpful. The resort was well keep and very clean. Well located just far enough away to be peacefull but a short walk or taxi ride to shops and restuarants. Would definately stay again and recommend to a friend. Thank you Briza Staff. :)

The villa was clean and well kept and sea front location was awesome. Were able to have breakfast to order. All the staff were amazing - very kind and helpful, attending to the needs of the whole group for the 1 week stay and looking after everyone well. Helped also with advice and travel arrangements including arranging for private speed boat for the Full Moon party! Would highly recommend this stay!
