Great location. Very clean. "Classic" room too small for 2 people.

The location is superb .The rooms are large enough and have a sitting area and two windows .The carpet bothered me as it was stained and old .The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very friendly .

Spotless room. Second time I stay here. Excellent breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. Will excellent location. Will come back

Everything about this small boutique hotel was perfect.

The room had ample space, comfortable beds, clean. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was always ready to help - Bert was especially very attentive to our needs. Thank you for making our trip extra special.

Le Burgundy is the perfect location! It is walkable to most places, most notably, the Louvre, cafes, and shopping. The staff was so kind and welcoming! Anything we needed, they were there to support. The impeccable service starts from the moment you walk through their doors. We truly can't wait to return. My daughter now considers Le Burgundy her home in Paris.

The airport shuttle only picks up in the evening. I was told by front desk when I arrived. I never found the shuttle stop. The female bar tender in the middle restaurant was rude to several customers of certain ethnicity. The whirlpool did not work and the water was cold.

We stayed at the Novotel for 6 days and it was phenomenal. The staff was very courteous and easy to communicate with. The breakfast was amazing and the entire facility was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The subway is like 5 minutes f a walk which really made the visit very easy.

All good except shuttle has limited/few pickup times from the airport

We really enjoyed our stay here due to the lovely front desk staff, they really ensured our stay was lovely. They even booked our taxi for us to the airport since it was so early in the morning. Breakfast was great as well!

Had an amazing stay in Paris! Everything was perfect, from the location to the overall experience. The highlight was definitely the staff—they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel so welcome the entire time. Truly made my trip even more special. Can’t wait to come back! Clean and tidy room, friendly staff, free fresh patisseries and coffee daily. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, would definitely book here again :)
