L’hôtel est récent. Très propre. Les chambres ne sont pas vraiment fonctionnelles par exemple il manque un placard de rangement pour les vêtements vous êtes donc obligés de laisser votre valise ouverte. Le petit déjeuner est excellent mais le personnel n’est pas vraiment au niveau de l’établissement, pas de débarras de table au petit déjeuner donc encombrements d’assiettes et de verres, certains serveurs bâillaient devant les clients, les machines à café étaient sales. Les personnels de ménage discutent entre eux dans les couloirs et l’on peut suivre leur conversation, un homme d’entretien passait l’aspirateur à 22 h 30. Un membre de la sécurité faisait usage de son talkie walkie à 5h30 nous réveillant. Et si on ajoute que la première nuit une personne a frappé fortement à notre vers 3h30, le séjour n’a pas été au top. Dommage pour un établissement qui se veut de bon standing.

This is a nice boutique hotel. Nothing special. It is very much a four star level of service and quality, so that’s the rating it gets! We stayed in a junior suite. The A/C was weak our entire stay and we visited in October. I can’t imagine being there in the summer! We also had an issue with the hot water in our room not working. To the hotel’s credit, both issues were addressed swiftly but fixing the hot water required them to remove a piece of the wall in our bathroom that was then left open for the remainder of our stay with an exposed pipe. We noted this at check out and were given a shrug. We would not return and would not recommend it to others as there are many higher quality offerings at this price point in Paris.

The first thing to say about the hotel is the location. It is perfectly located if you want to explore Paris. The building itself is historical. It has been well maintained. The staff are very responsive and very hopeful with nearly everything we needed.

I had a great stay! The staff was excellent, front desk personnel outstanding, professional, friendly and helpful. Nice hotel, great location.

Loved every minute of this stay!! The hotel was clean, smelled great and amazing staff members. I will stay again.

Location of hotel is good, close to metro stations and 20 mins away from arc de triomphe. Room was small, not a lot of space but wasn’t a big deal. Staff were helfpul and room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast included was okay, no variety in what was offered, same thing everyday. If you didn’t get there early enough, food was sometimes cold. Would stay here again!
