It was well maintained every day of the stay

The staff here are outstanding. They are among the most respectful and helpful staff I have found in any hotel anywhere. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

They had a great Buffet for both Dinner and Breakfast. We just stayed overnight so we didn't get to try Lunch. The menu offered everything from standard western food (Hamburgers and Scrambled Eggs) to authentic Japanese food choices. Like everywhere in Japan, the hotel was neat and clean, along with our room, and the customer service was excellent. It also offered free bus service to Narita airport. I recommend it highly.

All of the above….clean, my favorite part of this room was the shower, perfect water pressure, endless hot water…staff amazing…located right on the bay….
