Clean and helpful and good amenities

Very spacious and comfortable room on one of the main streets in Madrid…easy to get around the city. Highly recommend this hotel.

On the positive side: The room is very spacious, with high ceilings. The bed is good; the high-quality linen and pillows are soft. Bathroom products are very high quality. For the central location, it is pretty quiet in the room if the cleaning staff close the windows correctly ( I realized it on the second night). Suggestions: You need to create check list which includes checking all bathroom products (we didn’t have soap for the sink); Check windows and doors before and after each guest. Pocket door between bathroom and room not very functional; it took me 20 minutes to stick it out, and it was pretty tough to operate. Have Number 9 printed on the phone to call the concierge. Breakfast: all ingredients are fresh and taste good, but for 30 euro per person, you get a very limited variety. Eggs are not included. Simple sunny-side-up costs 9 euro. For sweets, you have the option of 3 puff pastries. Deli includes very good quality Iberico ham, cooked ham, and 2 types of salami. The coffee tastes like French press but is made on an espresso machine. I wouldn’t say it is a good coffee.

Excellent hotel and Giselle at the front desk is excellent

We stayed for 4 nights during the hottest week of June, and unfortunately, we had no AC for the first two nights. The staff tried to make things right by offering us complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture, but the room was incredibly uncomfortable. By the third night, the AC was just okay, and it finally worked properly on our fourth night. To top it off, as I was checking out on our last day, they closed off part of the lobby for maintenance. It really felt like the hotel wasn't fully ready for the summer season. On the positive side, Great staff :: the location is great, the pool and outdoor areas are beautiful, and there is a nice indoor seating area. The à la carte menu is just okay.

Hôtel magnifique, très confortable et agréable, avec des prestations haut de gamme. Le restaurant propose un petit-déjeuner de grande qualité, composé de produits frais et variés. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et attentif. Un excellent séjour que je recommande sans hésitation.

El personal no es tan amistoso ni tan atento pero el Hotel espectacular y buena ubicación!
