Overall, a good experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities generally very good. Comfortable room and the housekeeping staff were great. Gym was adequate - could do with some free weights suitable for women - the ones there were too heavy to lift. Running machine was out of action all week disappointingly. Area surrounding the hotel is not very pleasant especially at night and there is major construction work ongoing right outside the hotel.

I wasn’t happy with the fact that whilst upon checkin, we were told about the espresso machine, but once we got to the room, there was no coffee. Otherwise, the room was equip with everything you’d need.
