Nice stay Not a great area but close to airport

The daily breakfast buffet was good but the service was extremely poor. The waiters & waitresses didn’t seem to really care even set the table properly. On numerous occasions, cutlery wasn’t set on the table, we had to get it ourselves.

He anticipated our needs before we even spoke them, embodying the very best of the Taj spirit. * Anusree, Ankur, Rohit , Chandan, Aziziil, Shipra were all amazing at the restaurant East India Room. Warm, intuitive, and incredibly helpful, Anusree added a personal touch to our visit that made us feel like family rather than just visitors. Highlights * The Vibe: A peaceful, colonial-style sanctuary hidden within the city. * The Food: Exquisite flavors that celebrate local heritage. * The Service: Authentic "Tajness" delivered with heart and soul. Older facility. Tried charging us for 2nd person. I had 2 room bookings. Finally they found 2nd booking. Overpriced for value provided. Attached restaurant service was good.

Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. The property was comfortable, the service was smooth, and overall it made for a really pleasant experience. A special shout-out to Prince from Riverside Café — he went above and beyond to take care of our needs, especially when the main venue wasn’t open. Also a big thanks to Kuntal, the restaurant manager, who truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. In the bar, Sameer did his absolute best to make sure my friends and I had a great time — really appreciated his energy and attention. And of course, recognition for the rest of the wonderful team: Marful, Anusri, Arup, Sofia, Kuljit, Jamir, Sandipan, and Aloke. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made the stay even better. Great hotel, great people — highly recommended.

This property located one of the prime location. Surrounding area of this property is not clean at all. I have found bed bug. Washroom is very narrow and metal towel rack has been placed in bad position. I got hit by towel rack and cut my forehead. When I requested front desk staff for band aid, I had to wait around 15mins as they had to run to the pharmacy to buy it for me.
