Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Paramus, but I did not have time to try the spa. The restaurant on the 9th floor was good as well as the breakfast. The only thing that was an issue was the internet. I could not access Facebook or Instagram.

The best hotel staff I've ever encountered in all my hotel stays, especially the cleaning staff! 10/10 I highly recommend this place if you're staying in Yangon.

I have been staying at this hotel for 24 years- it has never been better. The staff are delightful, helpful and very professional. The food excellent and the pool setting is the best in Yangon.
