8.6/10 Excellent! (767 reviews)
Standard drop from the last stay when I was there. The customer service not as good.
Airport shuttle wasn't arranged properly. The housekeeping missed cleaning my room and the laundry need to call them to deliver to my room instead of placing them in my room when ready.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (696 reviews)
We did not get breakfast coupon upon checking in while I clearly stated that we’re having breakfast @ their restaurant. We don’t have an idea that there’s a preset breakfast menu when there’s a coupon .

9.4/10 Exceptional! (139 reviews)
We’ve stayed at the Okura Manila previously and each time it does not disappoint. We travel extensively and this hotel is one of the best. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds, and very good amenities. It’s wonderful staff, close proximity to the airport, and its connection to the Newport Mall make this our number one choice when in Manila.
