The staff at Hi Surf were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which was definitely the highlight of the experience. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was very old and in need of a major update. We stayed in Room 18D with five people, and the hot water system was a major issue. After only two people had showered, the hot water was completely gone, meaning the remaining three guests had to wait several hours for it to heat up again. This was extremely inconvenient for a family. There was also significant construction taking place outside the building, with a large crane and loud construction noise throughout the day, which made it difficult to relax in the room. Overall, the apartment felt tired and outdated, with a number of broken or worn fixtures that should have been repaired or replaced. While the friendly staff deserve credit, the condition of the room and the hot water issues meant the stay did not meet our expectations

This was the best GC apartment we have stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful from the start to the end of our stay. The apartment was lovely, comfortable with great outlooks. It was located in a convenient location and the apartment is well maintained.

The facility was in a great location. Good bars and restaurants were only few blocks away, plus supermarkets. Public transportation was down 1 block. Overall an excellent stay, but for construction work next door which started at 6.30am

Great location but hotel is ready for an upgrade crack in the bathroom sink, balcony doors broken very hard to open, everything else wasn’t too bad, signage to our parking spot wasn’t good after a early morning start trying to fine the keys (youtube video definitely helped with keys) then trying to negotiate multiple purpose car parking with poor signage was stressful, but once we worked it all out, it was good.

Property is run down and need a serious face lift. Not worth the money.

An amazing room, a really enjoyable experience.

Great location close to theme parks with good facilities and yet a very relaxing setting. The amenities (shampoo, etc) very nice which is something easy to overlook. Nice building and decor. 5 min walk to shops.
