The best resort I have been to in Cebu. Impeccable service and everyone were very polite and courteous. They made me feel such a VIP from getting off the vehicle to checking in and throughout my entire stay. I would like to mention or call the attention of some of the employees:

Wendell- room service
Claire- Saffron
Johnny- Conceirge
Merba- Housekeeping
Kudos to everyone not mentioned especially the gardeners as well. I wished I could have stayed longer. I promise to return and bring guests with me.

It’s a lovely resort with super friendly and helpful staff. They make your stay really enjoyable. However, do not expect much from the beach, I think they have sewerage going straight to the water. We could really not stand the smell leave alone to swim here. I don’t think this is the fault of the hotel but I think it’s worth mentioning.

property management lied. i booked and paid for 2 bedroom. i received an email from my host everything is ready.unit.,host gave me a.got to the c1 bedrrom and said that was the only available unit. if not happy to check outand the whole area whad no vacancy because of the holidays. host never called me kept calling no answer and never contacted me until afternoon of the next day. i got duped ,shower was broken,refrigerator was brokwn, bathrrom ceiling was water dripping.very disapointed.

The front desk staff of Zhu, Jeril, and Ben, were simply amazing!!! The room was super clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed two things the most, the pool and the breakfast. The pool was really clean and well attended by the staff. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. There were so many food choices that changed every day. Also, the staff at the breakfast were always at ready to help you in any way. We will make Quest our hotel of choice in Cebu.
