Stay for a few days on our first time being in Rome. The area (East-end of Pratti) is very nice, quiet, pedestrian friendly and heavier with locales rather than tourists.
The restaurant in the hotels provides an excellent breakfast. The staff clearly have experience working together as a team. 24/7 staffed reception was a helpful benefit.

Be mindful of which room you choose. There are apartments and hotel rooms. Some apartments do not have lift access. Also, there was a strong smell of cleaning or paint product in the apartment so had to leave windows open the entire time.
Location is good and staff friendly but would not have chosen if we knew there was no lift, as we had plenty of luggage on a 2 week multi country trip. The amenities include lift on the description.

Couldn’t fault the Art Otel in any way the staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The gluten free options were unexpected but extremely welcome, as a coeliac having the choice presented was fantastic. The room was spotless and maintained to a very high standard. From check in to check out the service was fantastic. Highly recommended the Art Otel for your next stay.

This was a property that I wasn’t 100% sure about and we LOVED it! I had asked AI to help me choose as I was travelling with my 20 year old daughter and it said it was one she’d remember in 10 years! It was a spacious room full of so many windows, high ceilings, the coolest kitchen, amazing views. I could go on and on. The staff was delightful, kind and helpful. I’ll be back in November with husband and 17 year old daughter and will book again! This property is unique and just A+++!!!

They had 5 of 9 elevators in the 20 story tower down for maintenance for the entire Labor Day weekend. What a nightmare on such a busy weekend. 20+ minute waits every time you wanted to go to or leave your room. Since everyone was waiting so long everyone overloaded the elevators which was scary when they started making crazy noises. Also barely anyone working there especially on check-in. Lines were terrible
