From the moment I walked in the doors, the staff were attentive and welcoming. A big benefit of staying at the Fairmont is not only the prime location and stunning rooms, but the staff are incredible. Highly recommend!

Jason was so helpful!
The pool was closed for maintenance which we understood but we were still disappointed as that was one of the reasons we booked here. However, we were really especially impressed with the helpful staff. :)

We had a great stay here, the room was absolutely beautiful, and very comfortable. The staff were incredible and very helpful they also made sure to update us to any changes well in advance during our stay. The one downfall was that unfortunately the pool and hot tub were under remodeling during our stay. We were notified about 2 weeks before we arrived, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was great. It is newly renovated and we loved that there was no carpet in the rooms. The rooms also have great lighting.
Our only complaint was that it really smelled like weed in the hallway and our clothes left smelling like it.
