It was a Way from the city center. Plaiged by panhandlers.

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms and very nice bar with an excellent fish chowder. All staff were welcoming and very helpful. Tomas at reception was very informative and gave us a fine introduction to the area around the hotel. We were able to catch a show at the theater right next door. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a bias review because I brought my kids. I will start by saying the staff, hotel, and amenities were really nice! However, I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone bringing children with them. All the restaurants are always booked and they only allow kids under 16 to use the pool for very limited hours during the middle of the day. Also, if you rented a car for your trip absolutely do not stay at this hotel, the parking situation not convenient at all (it is off site and a good walk, plus they charge a hefty price per night). Again, overall the hotel was very very nice, but absolutely not a good hotel for children.

Excellent stay. Room clean. Staff very helpful Nigel on reception printed a map of how to get to a venue we had arrived locally to see. All staff very friendly including security at night. Loved our stay we will be back.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in total. Absolutely loved it. From service to food and quality of the hotel it was truly a five star experience.

Very small rooms, but plenty of public areas available to work or lounge in...

Got an early check in, staff lovely, room really comfortable and clean, huge choice at breakfast, on top f that it was my husbands birthday and we returned to our room to find two buns on a happy birthday plate. The bar area is lovely and again staff were attentive and polite
