Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a lot of variety. Are only if she was the air conditioner was not functioning, we mentioned it to them the morning after our first evening. It was not fixed during our three nights stay. Thankfully, the weather got cool enough in the evening, that the room was comfortable with the windows open. The location was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

A quiet five star hotel just the right distance from downtown Munich.
The spa was great and we arrived at 7:30am from a night train and had full exclusive use of it to freshen-up and feel human again.
Little treats in the room and a great balcony.

We have traveled all over and always stay at 5 star hotels. This hotel was the best by far, the staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I can not say enough good things about the staff. We thank them so much for an amazing stay. We will be back next year. Highly recommended.
