Rooms were highly cleaned, staff were very welcoming and always happy to help.

Perfect location. Wonder staff. We received a free room upgrade to a balcony room. The views of the park and beach from it were amazing. Room was very clean and stocked with good coffee, robes, slippers, and L'Occitane products in the bathroom! Would absolutely stay again.

Walls are thin. You can clearly hear conversations. You can also hear anyone walking above your floor.

I didn't have breakfast in the hotel as i dont usually have breakfast. The room i was given on arrival was unsatisfactory but the hotel changed it for a better room which made my stay lovely.

Breakfast seating had a beautiful view of beach. The staff in the bar and pool area was very professional and very nice.

I really liked the very central location of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. The room was clean and had everything I needed-the view of the Massena street, a comfortable bed, a stove, fridge and a microwave. I already stayed twice in the hotel and I am planning another stay this upcoming July. Kudos to the hotel team. I would highly recommend this hotel.
