Great hotel and excellent staff!

We were given a room that had a leakage from the top floor room and the bathroom was smelling dumb throughout our stay. The hotel managed to changed our room on the last night of our stay.

This is a nice hotel to stay. The breakfast is lovely. The hotel has had a refresh recently. The person who did my check in and check out was exquisite (I’ve never used that word for a check in person before ) Zipporah. What a beautiful asset to your hotel. Must say however the room service call is never answered.

I booked and paid for a Club Junior Room with king side bed. The staff informed me and my wife they only had twin beds. We had to sleep in twin bed and next day they moved us to a room with king bed. The information the staff provide was false. He stated that twin bed and king was sold as same price. He insistted to be clear.

Good hotel, average breakfast, wifi worked fine. A bit overpriced.

An amazing experience, location is top, very friendly staff, clean rooms and very good breakfasts w a big variety to choose from. Highly recommend it

Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted by staff, the manager Saif who was very professional. I was given the option to change rooms for a better view by the lovely Reyhan the next day, as well as given a discount for breakfast and lunch. Staff were so nice and accommodating. During my stay Ali at reception was most helpful when I needed to print some papers from the business centre, and he made time to chat to me. Win and Vaughn of the housekeeping department are an actual delight, great conversation with Vaughn a truly positive person with a smile that glows and Win who is so lovely and sweet when she cleaned my room daily. Abdullah at the local shop was most helpful and very polite, when I went several times to buy snacks. I have stayed in multiple hotels in Dubai and I have to say the staff here are by far the nicest I’ve ever met. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I will definitely come back here again.
