Great location, excellent hotel.

The rooms were extremely clean and well presented. The room and balcony were spacious. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, the choice of food was infinitely more than we could consume. I would definitely book this hotel again if I get the opportunity.

As a business traveller, this was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. The reception and concierge team were beyond helpful, including sorting out document printing for me without any fuss. They listened and acted on what I asked for rather than just nodding. My room was spotless on arrival and stayed that way every single day. I only made it to breakfast twice, but it was excellent both times. I was eating vegetarian and they accommodated it without hesitation. The chef went further than that, making me dosas that were not on the buffet at all, and kept coming over to check I had what I needed. Room service one evening was decent too. Rohini, the Indian restaurant, was the standout of the whole stay. Excellent food and wonderful staff who genuinely looked after me. It draws people from outside the hotel as well as guests, and deservedly so. Book rather than walk in. A few things prospective guests should know. There is ongoing construction work and the lobby is noisy as a result. One of the lifts stopped working partway through my stay and was still out of service when I left. And late checkout was not available, worth planning around given how many flights out of Dubai leave in the early hours. None of that came from the staff, who were excellent throughout. For business travel in JLT, I would recommend it without hesitation.
