Stayed 1 night front desk was helpful and the place was clean.

Room was not spotless, didn’t seem like much had been done at all — however it was spacious, everything worked and we enjoyed the hotel overall.

I’ve stayed here several times and it is always great. The new restaurant Aviv was amazing and the staff all around the property were friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Ari for going above and beyond and for her attention to detail to ensure we had an amazing experience. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Property was close by the convention center and Starbucks was walking distances. Lobby was very clean but one staff member was rude to 8 year old children. Besides that rooms are clean, a little smaller than we expected but over all a good experience

Overall stay was good. A little outdated but room was clean. The bathroom showerhead doesn't get all the water no matter how hard the lever below is pulled up, sharing the water with the bathtub faucet. The bathtub water drains very slow.

This apartment was perfect for what we needed. It is central to many parts so you could walk if you wanted. We did rent a car so it was great that free parking for 2 spots was available. It was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. I'd likely come and stay again when I am back in the area

Every time we come to Miami this is where we stay. The facilities are beautiful, the staff is polite and the room is clean and spacious. Love The East
