Great location for walking or taking the transit to activities. Clean rooms that were comfortable and a fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff are lovely and helpful.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. A little of of old town but super close to transit so was very convenient to all tourist activities.

Older moderate hotel in New Town, close to trams and easy walk to Wenceslas and Old Town Squares. Room was comfortable but dated and sparsely furnished. Bathroom was similar. Staff were exceptional, as was the breakfast buffet. Noise was mild as our room faced the front of the hotel on a busy street, but able to sleep without problems. This hotel checked all the “necessary” boxes for a convenient, moderately priced hotel close to transportation and many destinations. Furnishings could be updated (more hangers—-only 5!, an easy chair, TV not on the desk, updated mini-split, update the bathrooms) but functional and clean with great staff and breakfast buffet. Onsite “cafe/bar” seemed not to be functioning during our visit.

Excellent location wonderful service and great food

While we were only at the Art Deco Imperial one night before we flew home, it was a treat. Quick checkin, they arranged a taxi for our early flight the next morning and the bell hop offered to take the bags up to the room. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful and despite being next to the elevator, was quiet. There was a bottle of wine ( I’m assuming from Expedia) but as we don’t drink alcohol we left it. Dinner in the gorgeous art deco hotel restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Service was excellent. Check out was efficient. Because the front reception told us the cost of the taxi (when the taxi man who played kinda loud music for 6 am and talked to someone on the phone the whole way to the airport) we were able to negotiate somewhat. He would have received more in a tip if he hadn’t tried to add it himself.

This was a last minute business trip. Hotel is in a great location for the various tourist sights, places to eat etc. Hotel is very well presented and quiet. Room and amenities were great, although this was a flying 24hr visit, so didn't get make use of most of the facilities. Planning to return later in the year with my wife. So i suppose that has to say something about the Buddha bar Hotel.

The room was lovely—large and included a kitchen. It is also in a great location, away from the crowds, but within a ten minute walk to the main drag. We are currently staying at our eighth hotel during our Eastern/Central European trip, and this hotel had the worst front desk service by far. Our two encounters with separate counter staff felt belittling. Warning: the rooms contain a washer but no dryer (the instructions on the website are in Czech). We were surprised to learn there was no drying function! Also, housekeeping only comes once a week—very odd, the only hotel we encountered like this.

Prague was a wonderful destination—beautiful architecture, great atmosphere, and plenty to see and do. My only suggestion would be to offer an airport shuttle or transportation assistance, as getting from the airport can be a bit challenging for first-time visitors. Otherwise, I had a lovely stay and would gladly return.
