Nice hotel. Located next to a main train line, rooms were clean, and we had a room that had a separate toilet and shower (convenient!). The only reason this gets 4 stars is due to the traffic outside. Not very isolated, and we found we could hear the cars and sirens from ambulances (even on the 6th floor)

The hotel is very well equipped and the staff were courteous and helpful.
My personal criticism is the rooms are poorly soundproofed and having the Gym on the top floor is not the best option.
I could hear every dropped dumbbell.
Such a shame as the location is great.

This hotel is very expensive for what you get. I was asked 3x if I wanted my room cleaned or not? They did not honour any of the Expedia VIP perks. All in all o feel like it's just poorly managed as we travelled all over Europe and had nothing but excellent experiences.

Lovely new hotel, we have the junior suite skyline with views of the city, lovely modern trendy room with a coffee machine. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was still a lovely stay. The price was very good for what you get. Parking garage underneath hotel was very tight getting in but once in was fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Frankfurt, easy access to city via train short walk away.
