Hotel is beautiful, wonderful setting and the room well equipped, but for some reason there always seems to be a long wait at checkout time this was compounded when it took 20 minutes to get our bags, would have rather just done this ourselves.

The staff was exceptional. Roy checked us in at the front desk and was great at explaining everything to us. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic!

Staff left for the day at 3:00 pm. Just be aware if you have check in plans later than that. Outside entry doors lock and only open with your room key. Affordable hotel near train station and old town Zurich makes it a perfect location. Rooms are very small and sparse (no tv) but only needed it to shower and sleep. Perfect for me. Good value with that considered.

This felt quite a basic hotel with minimal staff to help with check in. The room was very small and there was no air conditioning, we arrived during a heatwave so that aspect was not good. On the other hand it was quiet, and just a 5 minute walk to the main train station.
