My daughter and I stayed here for a few nights and absolutely loved this hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We felt safe and we were able to explore Prague on foot. The breakfast each morning had lots of variety and they had gluten free bread when requested. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was perfect.It was clean with a large tub, bath salts, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, large towels with heated towel rack. There was a cofee machine in the room as well as the lobby, which also had a lounge. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very beautiful and secure. It was centrally located. The staff were friendly and always happy to give recommendations. There was one exception. Raul wasn't necessarily rude, but didn't seem very friendly or helpful. Overall, I would recommend staying there.
