East Coast Cheap Vacations

We stayed at Prince's Gate Hotel for two nights and had a generally enjoyable experience. The natural hot spring facilities were excellent and provided a very relaxing experience. We were also impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the front desk staff, who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. However, there was one issue regarding housekeeping. On the second day, our room was not serviced. Before leaving the hotel, I spoke with a member of the housekeeping team and requested that the room be cleaned later, as we were about to go out. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned afterward. While this was disappointing, it did not overshadow the positive aspects of our stay. We appreciate the hotel's hospitality and hope that this feedback will help improve the housekeeping service for future guests.

Truly a five-star experience with wonderful views of the lake! Friendly, welcoming and attentive service throughout our stay. Spacious room with very comfortable bed and plenty of amenities. Great breakfast including deliciously prepared made to order hot options. Enjoyed the hot tub as well as beautiful grounds.

Party of 5, 2 rooms. We had the absolute best time at the Hana Lodge, the grounds are beautiful and the onsite restaurant was great! The whole staff was amazing!
