Great location. Room very comfortable, clean and good view. Elevators and hallways can be a puzzle if one is tired…but no big deal.

まだオープン間もなくホテルそのものも素敵ですが、ホスピタリティーも素晴らしく、大変心地良い時を過ごさせて頂きました。 天空のプールはインフィニティーで街を見下ろせ空を泳いでる気分に、夜は まるで 羽毛に優しく包まれてるかのような気持ち良いガウンを着てベットに入ると、雲の上にいるような気分に。 朝食も美味しく、極上の休日を過ごさせていて頂き感謝です。 唯一残念だったのは 最上階でのディナーの予約が取れなかったことです。 次回は是非 ディナーにも行ってみたいです。

Great value, the hotel and amenities were clean and looked after. The breakfast buffet is very generous. The Onsen was very nice with a lovely ocean view especially at night. My only criticism is it was noisy there with loud people shouting and kids running up and down the hallway and some ill mannered guests talking loudly in the hallway instead of in their rooms. I put that on the guests not taking anyone into consideration though. The people talking loudly for over an hour soon stopped after I stepped out of my room and glared at them until they left.

Alojamiento super nuevo, cómodo, con un a pequeña cocina pero con todo para pasar unos buenos días en los Alpes japoneses. Y con una relación calidad/precio increíble.

Mold smell, dust in AC

I enjoyed the breakfast! It was one of the best breakfast so far. It had lots of choices from traditional Japanese to western choices. I appreciated it learning and tasting the Japanese breakfast as I am here to do so. The room was clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I wished we had a better view of the city but we got the wall and roof of the building next to us. I like that it was very close to the bus station and that we were able to leave our luggage before we checked in so we could explore the city. The staff was very helpful in providing us with information. They were also very friendly and polite. The staff is what makes a hotel experience excellent!
