Staff was super lovely and helpful.
The room is not bad, a little run down but isn't bad as we didn't spend much time in the room.
Location is great, 5min from train station, 8min from a supermarket, 15min walk into Central. Would stay again! :)

Super kind and helpful staff. Room temperature just right, compact space but with everything you need. (I travelled solo.) Had good lighting too - I dislike dark hotel rooms. Easy 10 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Fresh continental breakfast was fantastic. Overall wonderful stay.
