Wow. What an awesome place from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered was top notch starting with emails to arrange two stays and multiple transfers to our actual arrival where you could see how proud people were to work at this beautiful property and cater to their guests. We stayed in two different rooms during our two recent stays and both were fantastic. So quiet and had every amenity you would need. One had a balcony with bistro table and beautiful view of Porto! Pool was a beautiful area. Breakfast was top notch. Another wow moment. Front desk staff went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again. No hesitation. Great location.
