Awesome and the best spot in front if Sunegga lift.

Fabulous property, well placed with great views of the Matterhorn. Close to everything. Spa is wonderful. Everything is very clean, well maintained and looks new. Staff were really helpful. Note- there is currently building work directly in front of the deluxe chalet Gran Becca but at another property. It would have been good to have been told about the work at the time if booking so we could consider this before going agead. Fortunately they were able to relocate us upon request to a fabulous apartment but this may not be possible once the season kicks in as they're likely to be at full capacity. Without the move this would have spoiled what was a special holiday. Lovely breakfast options & attentive, helpful staff. I would highly recommend this property & would definitely return. Great holiday destination.

Very beautiful. And nice place worth this price

The staff who assisted us were excellent; very helpful and personable. The location (we were in Blue) was great; near the bus stop and lifts. The photo's are accurate. the views from the patio are very good. The layout is just a little odd (no shower, but a tub in the downstairs master, bathroom lighting obstructs the mirror if you are relatively tall). figuring out the light switches took some work for us. The biggest drawback for us was that the seating in the main community area (couch) is not comfortable to lounge in. We also wished the spa area (sauna and hot tub) was available outside of 3-9pm. We visited in May which is one of two construction months in Zermatt; so there were cranes, helicopters and construction going on full swing. The other month to be wary of is October. this is not the property's responsibility; but just FYI.

The service was incredible, and the amenities were truly unique!

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Zermatterhof was exceptional from start to finish. The location is absolutely ideal—right in the heart of Zermatt, making it easy to explore everything on foot. One of the highlights was the beautiful outdoor bar, perfect for relaxing with a drink while taking in the stunning surroundings. The hotel’s convenient ride service made getting around town effortless, especially with luggage or after a long day out. What truly set the experience apart, though, was the warm and attentive staff, who made us feel welcome at every turn. A perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality.
