The hotel was under construction during our stay and the path way to access the hotel rooms required a walk through the casino portion of the hotel… which was loud, crowded, and poorly labeled.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful central location in the heart of historic Rome. Everyone is gracious, helpful and polite, Our room was lovely, and the property is wonderfully maintained. Elizabeth Unique is situated on a narrow quiet side street near Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso. The breakfast was wonderful, and we enjoyed dining on the terrace in the morning. Service is given with a smile and good humor. 5 star beauty, 5 star location, 5 star staff. No hesitations.

The front staff seemed like we bothered them with our checking in, but the room was nice and the location was central.

This boutique hotel just re-opened. Everything is very chic and squeaky clean. It was very lightly booked when I went so the staff were incredibly attentive. They're still working a few bugs out, but everything was pretty smooth. For example, there weren't instructions on parking, but when I arrived, I called their number. Instead of finding myself on hold, someone answered immediately and opened the garage remotely in seconds. The location is a block from the restaurants and H-Mart in Koreatown. I'd definitely stay here again. I'd be even more inclined if I could book a room with an adjustable-height desk and chair, or if they had another ergonomic space to get work done. Also, the rooftop is amazing, but could do with a few movable umbrellas so that one can rest or work or play games without getting burnt by the sun.

Room was clean, staff was very nice and helpful, the little restaurant was very good inside hotel. Laundry room was stinky, floor was wet, dirty laundry was pilled up from the room’s bedding, I didn’t get to wash my laundry the washer had a smell and if you need to workout there was nothing in gym but a treadmill.

Fantastic one night stay!! Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and relaxing! Overall would highly recommend.

If you ever have the opportunity to stay here, I would highly recommend it. Everyone was helpful, kind, and went the extra mile. Beautiful property, wonderful food, and within walking distance of fun and exciting restaurants, shopping, and events!
