Fantastic location in nomad, staff were great and the hotel felt small and intimate!

Clean spacious room.

The sq footage for a hotel room in Manhattan, especially in such a convenient location, is quite phenomenal. Rooms are dated but impeccably clean and well maintained. Did not find an AC control in the room and it was a little warm. The kitchen is well equipped and a great bonus I'd imagine for those travelling with a family

Perfect location. Toilet paper is paper thin.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was too expensive. Housekeeping staff too loud in the hallways in the morning. The floor was being turned over for a conference . I have no idea why they gave us a room on that floor. It was disruptive and noisy .

Beautifully designed property. Nice accommodations and staffing. In the heart of Times Square easy access to everything. Very secure safe setting and surroundings. Access keys are required on the elevators.

Beautiful renovated modern property right on a lovely beach. Room was great. Great restaurant. Only complaint is they list as Expedia VIP but they didn’t honor it when I arrived. They argued about it and tried to charge $800 per night more for the upgrade which is free to VIP members. Even the manager did not understand it. They shouldn’t be on the program if they do not honor it. I would return.

Great stay. Very quiet room despite being in the middle of everything. Very helpful staff!

The checking in process needs some updates

Nice room for the three of us, two queen beds, clean and comfortable, good restaurant and good scene at rooftop bar, helpful staff, good Location walking distance to everything in midtown, Times Swusre, Grand central, etc. only negative is room rates are high.
