Great place for walks

The hotel was clean and the staff were very kind. I felt safe and relaxed and the food was great. The evening entertainment and wifi could use some improvement, for sure, but otherwise all was excellent.

The front desk staff were awesome. Michael gave me a nice tower room. The hotel is nice, and the spa is good but could use some renovation. Overall, it’s a good hotel with only minor improvements needed.

Workers were very kind and helpful! Organization was lacking some with reservation. Gym lacking good air conditioner and could use water machine. People were very helpful. Food was great!.

Great stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Comfortable beds, selection of pillows and good noise insulation. We tried the Egyptian restaurant, the Italian and the garden bar, that’s open 24/7. The food was good in all of them. Ismail, the concierge, helped us organize our tours to the pyramids and a day tour to Alexandria, with a private driver. This took away the hassle of being at the mercy of Uber. It might have been a bit more expensive, but sometimes it takes a while for Uber to find a car and then you also end up waiting for several minutes until they come, and good luck getting them to go to Downtown. All in all the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately the area around it is not as good; the aquatic park next door was dismantled and the site looks like a war zone. It is not an area to walk.
