I usually stay here when I'm travelling and it is usually superb. This time the hotel was understaffed and overcrowded. There was an issue with the hotel shuttle bus being overcrowded and travellers were left having to wait for the next shuttle 30 minutes later.

The best location for the view and distance to pyramids.Staff very helpfull let us check in very early /6.00 am/,helped with pick up from airport and other transportation,Breakfast good and healty on balkony .
Aroun the hotel is just Egypt camels, horses ,donkeys,cars and buses ,smell and dusty .
Hotel is not new or 5 star but good for couple days
