8.6/10 Excellent! (739 reviews)
The beds were extremely uncomfortable, which was disappointing considering the price of the stay. After an 11-hour flight and paying nearly $600 for two nights, I expected a much better night’s sleep. Comfort should be a priority, especially for travelers arriving from long international flights. Unfortunately, the quality of the beds did not match the price or my expectations. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and considers improving its mattresses.

The breakfast was good and plentiful. The restaurant at dinner was limited. We would have liked more variety so we did not have to venture out at night to get dinner

One of the best hotels
I have ever stayed. Super clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a great location right on Gran Via yet a quiet room, warm decor, a great breakfast selection for a very reasonable price, helpful staff, a wonderful rooftop, and great amenities, what else? We will definitely stay here when we are in Madrid—loved it!
