Clean room.Staff was not clear about Taxi rates.

Clean. We did not have the breakfast. We stayed there because it’s reasonably close to Old Dubai.

Best hotel service I have ever been too

I had an overall great experience during my stay. The property and room were spotless, very well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the stunning glass elevators — such a unique feature — offering incredible views of the iconic Museum of the Future. It really made every ride up and down memorable. The pool service was excellent, with attentive staff who made sure everything was taken care of. There were also plenty of good food choices available, and everything we tried was delicious.

Everything was great, second time staying here, very convenient area

The walls are paper thin, we had to call the reception to complain about the occupants of the room next to us who were being so loud at 4am. Other than that the hotel was great.
