Vom ersten mirgen nach meiner Ankunft an empfing sie mich mit herzlicher Freundlichkeit und Professionalität, sodass ich mich sofort willkommen fühlte. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts war Anabelle stets überaus zuvorkommend – sei es mit hilfreichen Empfehlungen, der perfekten Vorbereitung meines Zimmers oder indem sie sich erkundigte, ob alles in Ordnung war. Ihre Liebe zum Detail und ihre freundliche Art trugen maßgeblich zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, aber der Service von Anabelle machte es zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Top class hotel in the centre of Munich old town. Room and facilities were both fantastic and the staff made a real effort to go above and beyond.

Lovely hotel. Very impressed with lobby, great first impressions. Staff very friendly. Initially happy with room , bed very comfortable. Hotel room far too hot, despite lowering temperature to minimum, so had to open window… then noise from outside horrendous. Woke up every hour with police sirens and construction vehicles parked outside in street and people shouting. Choice of no sleep from either too hot or too noisy. Would not recommend room overlooking road Schwanthalerstraße.

Room is extremely outdated. They posted pictures of updated rooms on their website and then put us in a room that looked like something out of a 1970s movie. Shaggy teal carpet and bedding that looked used. They weren’t full either, yet chose to give us that room. The entrance needs to be updated as well. Very old and not overly welcoming Great location though! Super close to the old town
