The room was hot and stuffy with electrical issues. The ceiling was damaged in our shower and bathroom. The front desk staff was rude and unwilling to make any accommodations to a different room. The AC in the rooms do not work well enough to cool the rooms so we had to sleep with the window open and unfortunately the hotel is next to CDG and directly on a freeway. The website claims to have a shuttle service to CDG but the shuttle service only went as far as a gas station, completely misleading and useless.

I had an international connection at CDG Airport that required me to stay in a hotel overnight, but didn't give me enough time to venture into the city. Having looked at several properties near the airport, I booked The Jangle Hotel because it seemed like an affordable high-quality hotel located within a 15-minute free shuttle ride. My stay confirmed all of these advantages and more. Most importantly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and hotel staff were very friendly. The complimentary hot breakfast included a buffet with a broad array of choices, putting it significantly above what one would typically get at good 2.5-3-star hotel chain in North America. I also used the hotel gym, and was pleasantly surprised to see the back yard, including flower beds, trees, picnic tables and a table-tennis table. I was not there with children, but there are some family friendly amenities even in the lobby - which didn't inconvenience me in any way. The one item that annoyed me a little was the room TV system. The screen is huge, which is great, but there seemed to be a tiny selection of live channels and Netflix required me to log in under my own account, which I didn't want to do. I also had trouble casting the screen of my laptop onto the TV. All in all, it was a very enjoyable overnight stay and I would definitely come back again.

Average for hotel near airport. Clean and near airport are best things about it. Breakfast is overcharged >20€ with limited menu. Asked at front desk where to pay for it and directed to pay at hotel restaurant. Went to buffet 65 mins before closing to have hot eggs. After I paid, found there were no eggs and it would be 15 mins and I would be notified. When eggs arrived on buffet, no one alerted me and the eggs were cold. Spoke with Manager who said I had to wait 5-10 mins again if I wanted hot eggs, but I had an engagement. Went to front desk with my concern and they said they could not help because I paid at restaurant and to take it up with restaurant Manager again. Was told that we did bring hot eggs. It is not our problem you couldn’t wait. No recompensation. Also had room attendant knock on door even though do not disturb sign out. Was asked if we had checked out. It was 10:30a, check out at noon. Amenities lacking. Conference room set up confusing with average snack and lunch offerings. It’s ok if you just want a bed. It’s about 1/2 mile walk to town with small shops. Definitely recommend the walk if you want good food with good service.

This was a stop from Spain to the US. Booked a room for 3 for one night. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was nice. The closeness to the airport was convenient. Took a taxi to downtown Paris and spend half a day. Worked better than staying in the airport for hours waiting for our next plane home.

It was an amazing location and great balance of cost and comfort / luxury. Perfect for a girl’s trip!

Everything about this place was superb! Would highly recommend staying here for a group of 4! Great location, walkable almost everywhere. Quiet in the evenings. All the amenities and concierge was extremely helpful daily! A ton of space to spread out and relax as well after long days of exploring!

Fabulous location, well maintained and very friendly staff. Small fitness room but adequate though can get warm.

Ce qui me dérange c’est le « quatre étoiles » attribué à cet établissement ! Il n’y a pas de restaurant, pas de salle de sport, pas de spa, pas de piscine, pas de sauna ni bain à vapeur….. Un 3 étoiles serait plus approprié. Ceci dit, c’est un bon emplacement pour quelqu’un qui veut se rendre au palais de congrès. Le personnel est irréprochable, les chambres bien entretenues, bon petit déjeuner.

I am so glad I found this hotel. I highly recommend and will def stay here during my future visits to Paris. Everything was perfect. The property is within walking distance from the Louvre museum with tons of restaurants nearby. Galleria Lafayette was a 7 minute walk. The property is clean, safe and quiet. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Beautiful hotel. The room itself was spacious. Everything you need. Merci beaucoup. À la prochaine fois que je serai à Paris.

The hotel is pretty clean the room was very tiny but the bed was super comfortable and clean. Bathroom had heated floors that was a plus. There were a few stains on the rug. I had no view outside my window. The elevator was extremely small and slow. Walking down the stairs to the lobby felt like the stairs were going to fall apart . Staff were very sweet and friendly. It was okay, I wouldn’t stay here again, however it did the job.

it was good,no issues apart from checking in which was tiring as there was a long queue and only one staff was available at that time.

i cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff are. They were always welcoming at all hours of the day and accomodated me as best as possible. The rooms were acceptable. My one concern was the shower as it felt like there was not a separation with a shower curtain as water got everywhere easily. The room was always cleaned by staff and temp was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
