A pleasant stay at Hotel Mozart, it did what it says on the tin. Room cleanliness left a bit to be desired (stains on the wall and linen and crumbs left on the floor from previous occupants. The location is good and is a nice area. Breakfast was good for its price point.

The hotel is very close to Milan's Central Train Station, which was important for me because i was using Milan as a base for day trips to surrounding towns. I also like the hotel because it has an old world charm. I stayed here last year and liked it enough to book another week here this year. The front desk staff is very helpful, available 24/7.

The location was perfect, and the room was great and spacious. The staff could have been more helpful to guests since we asked for towels and were not able to find them, and the staff repeated the same thing without going with us and helping.
Overall, a great place, and we would stay again.

Ok lets start from the key, we in 21 century they still have metal key with big keychain, bathroom was so filthy and mold was everywhere, bedding sheets was full of holes the guy on the front desk was very rude and helpless, all the pictures are attached
